Role
As a Sales Associate at Yana Finance, you will be the first point of introduction to potential customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate within the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our market reach and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Approaching and pitching customers.
- Working with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
- Building and maintaining relationship with the customers.
- Facilitating the first transaction of customers.
- Working with the business team to identify key markets for prospecting.
- Providing the product team with key insights.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the finance industry is a plus.
- Persuasive and comfortable with pitching.
- Exceptional writing and documentation skills.
